Introduced to our range of production facilities in January 2005, in house manufacturing of Paper over Board binders is now firmly established as a favourite with our clients.

We can either print for you or use supplied pre-printed and laminated sheets which are then trimmed and mitred then glued to a grey board inner sheet. The overhanging 4 edges are turned inside and a liner, plain or printed is added inside. Finished off by creasing and the fitting of a ring mechanism, a paper over board or a case bound binder is a really environmentally friendly option. This product has an excellent perceived ‘high quality’. A long lasting feel coupled with a superior printed image guarantees this makes an up-market alternative to Polypropylene or traditional PVC. Binders, pattern books, slipcases are just some of the items we make every day using this process.
